• Commercial-grade aluminum frame canopy construction (50mm or larger legs) • CPAI-84 or NFPA 701 flame-retardant canopy fabric • Full-color dye-sublimation printing on canopy tops per Live Well San Diego brand guide • Pantone color-matching to County brand standards • Pre-production digital proof and physical swatch submitted for approval before production • Minimum order: 20 units per canopy style • 30-day production and delivery lead time after proof approval • Product warranty: 1 year on frame, 2 years on canopy fabric • Product Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence • General Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence • Unit pricing and volume break schedule provided at time of quote
Eligible vendors include tent, canopy, and event supply manufacturers or distributors capable of producing or sourcing commercial-grade custom-branded canopies. Vendors must be able to submit color-accurate proofs for approval and fulfill orders of 20+ units per run.
