• Ability to produce products to Sheriff's Office technical specification sheets • Base metals: zinc alloy, brass, or die-cast zinc with gold/silver/bronze finish per specification • Custom die capability for non-catalog items • Pre-production samples submitted within 30 days of order placement • Production tolerance: within 10% of specified dimensions • Minimum order fulfillment capability: 500 units per order • Delivery within 60 days of approved sample • Product Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence • Unit pricing and volume discount schedule provided at time of bid
