Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

Pathways2Bids is currently free to use. No payment is required to create an account, browse opportunities, save listings, or access platform resources.

Because no charges apply to the free tier, no refund requests are applicable to free accounts.

2. Future Paid Plans

We may introduce paid plans or premium features in the future. When paid tiers become available, this Refund Policy will be updated to reflect specific terms for those plans.

We will always notify existing users in advance of any changes to pricing or the introduction of paid features. Existing users will not be automatically enrolled in paid plans without their explicit consent.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may close or deactivate your Pathways2Bids account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure is subject to the following:

  • For free accounts: Account closure takes effect immediately upon request and confirmation.
  • For paid accounts (when available): You may cancel at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you have been charged in error, or if a refund applies to your situation, follow these steps:

  • Email support@pathwaystobid.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  • Include your account email address and a description of the charge you are disputing.
  • Attach any relevant receipts or billing confirmations.

5. Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your refund request within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Charges that occurred more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
  • Accounts that were terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Promotional or discounted plans where refund terms were explicitly excluded at the time of purchase.
